About the role
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a store department, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. Overseeing inventory management, staff training, and store maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service to customers.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock.
- Train and manage a team of store associates to meet performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
- Participate in store events and community outreach programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
