About the role
We are seeking organized, customer service oriented people with leadership potential to join our team as an Assistant Manager. We need enthusiastic individuals who are motivated, responsible, and have the drive to make the most of a career with us.
Responsibilities
- Manage store operations including inventory, sales, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions
- Manage employee schedules and ensure coverage during closures
- Participate in store meetings and training sessions
Requirements

- Basic Computer Skills

- Previous Work References
- Some Previous Management Experience (preferred)

Pay
Starting full-time range - $20.15 - $21.15 per hour
Schedule
- Work week is generally 40-48 hours
- Typical hours are 8:00AM – 5:00PM
- Closing the store 2 nights a week
- Working every other Saturday
- Regular store hours: open Monday through Saturday, 9:00AM to 8:00PM
- Closed on SUNDAY
