About the role

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania seeks an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in managing the retail outlet and overseeing operations. The position involves providing leadership and direction to staff, ensuring production and quality goals are met, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in the operation of the retail outlet
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
• Supervise assigned personnel in the absence of the Store Manager
• Provide leadership and direction to staff, program participants, donors, and customers
• Ensure production and quality goals are achieved and sales expectations are met
• Maintain an efficient store operation
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in management required

External Hiring Range

External candidates will be paid between $18.08 and $19.16 per hour.

Travel

Local travel may be required.
