Pay

Minimum starting hourly rate of $16.15 – $19.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Full‑Time employment with a consistent schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide customers access to high‑quality goods that enhance their quality of life.
• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
• Deliver friendly, “white glove” customer service in‑store and in customers’ homes.
• Perform safe and compliant loading, unloading, and installation of products, following all handling and transportation procedures.
• Maintain an inviting store environment with organized product displays and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (company vehicle operation required).
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
