Pay

Minimum starting hourly rate of $17 – $20 per hour. Weekly pay (companywide).

Schedule

Full‑time employment with a consistent schedule. Sundays are off; the company is closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers access to high‑quality goods that enhance their quality of life.
• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
• Deliver friendly, “white glove” customer service in stores and customers’ homes.
• Perform deliveries and pickups, including safe loading, unloading, and installation of products while following handling and transportation procedures.
• Maintain an inviting store with organized product displays and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (company vehicle operation required).
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
