Assistant Manager

Abita Roasting Company is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our management team. Ideal candidates have both back-of-house and front-of-house operational experience and are ready for the next step in their career.

Schedule

• 45–50 hours per week, including days, nights, and busy weekend shifts
• Flexible scheduling with the ability to create your own schedule

Pay

Salary is negotiable based on experience and career goals with the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage people and resolve conflicts
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Oversee cleaning and sanitation in the building
• Hold team members accountable
• Recruit new staff
• Handle food and beverage purchasing and maintain stock levels
• Field guest complaints
