Requirements

• Must submit to a background check consisting of a 7-year criminal history check, social security check and USA Offender search within the first week of hire.
• Continued employment will be based on satisfactory outcome of the background check.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification within time frames required by company and maintain physical ability to perform CPR/AED in the event of a medical emergency.
• Must obtain Tanning Certification within time frame required by company.
• This position requires employee to work on-site.
• Must be able to attend occasional off-site meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work onsite, this is not a remote position.
• Fitness industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Obtain Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.

Physical Demands and Working Environment

• Work is performed in an indoor environment; exposure to noise, dust, mechanical and electrical hazards, and cleaning chemicals.
• Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to walk and stand, for prolonged periods of time; to frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, twist, grasp, and make repetitive hand movement in the performance of daily duties; occasionally to lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate amount of weight (up to 50lbs); to operate assigned equipment and vehicles; and to verbally communicate in person or on the phone to exchange information.
• Maintain physical ability to administer CPR in the event of medical emergency.
• See in the normal visual range with or without correction.
• Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
