Assistant Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help America Run on Dunkin’ through the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. You will assist the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also assist with local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Aid in local store marketing efforts to meet sales and profit goals.
• Support team members in performance and training initiatives.

Requirements

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Age 18 or older (per applicable law).
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• Ready to start your day at 4 am and maintain open availability for shifts.
