Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the shift, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
• Lead and motivate your team towards achieving sales goals and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Staff the store effectively, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Handle paperwork, manage food preparation, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Coordinate with customers and coworkers to ensure timely pizza delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Perform various administrative tasks, including inventory management and product preparation.
• Operate and maintain store facilities and equipment, including navigation and handling bulk deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, and provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Sound judgment, empathy, and people management skills.
• The ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in a leadership role or familiarity with Domino's operations.
• Ability to work under stress and make quick, ethical decisions.
• Physical stamina to stand for most of the shift and perform manual labor.
• Computer proficiency, including keyboarding and basic math skills.

Qualifications

Essential qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of relevant experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
