Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Medford location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pizza and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and high-quality food
• Train and develop team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
• Manage inventory and ordering to ensure adequate supplies are on hand
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pizza industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Opening

• Make sure the safe counts match with the opening manager
• Assign the safe to oneself
• Oversee employees during their shifts
• Speak to customers to resolve their requests if needed
• Hands out change to cashiers if needed
• Check in safe at the end of their shift
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed
• Ensure Zenput tasks are completed

Closing

• Make sure the safe counts match with the opening manager
• Assign the safe to oneself
• Oversee employees during their shifts
• Speak to customers to resolve their requests if needed
• EOD close registers
