Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Aid the Store Manager in meeting sales targets and performance metrics
• Promote visual presentation standards and manage display setups
• Train staff on driving sales through various methods
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with counts
• Ensure compliance with safety and security guidelines
• Supervise employees according to the Company's policies
• Provide constructive feedback to employees and monitor performance
• Execute operational processes effectively
• Communicate with the Store Manager on employee and store performance
• Assist with store events and sales activities
• Act as a backup for the Store Manager
• Support Monday office hours and other tasks assigned
• Participate in omni-channel sales and fulfillment

Skills, Abilities & Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar managerial role
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Professional appearance and adherence to store dress code
• Positive attitude, high energy, and focus on customer satisfaction
• Analytical and mathematical skills for report creation and data analysis
• Proficiency in using office equipment

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as kneeling, bending, stooping, reaching, climbing, walking, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies weighing up to 30 pounds
• Visual abilities including close, distance, color, and depth perception
• Noise levels in the work environment are moderate
