Assistant Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will assist the General Manager in ensuring every shift operates smoothly. You will also assist with local store marketing to help reach sales and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Help the General Manager ensure smooth operations during each shift.
• Aid in local store marketing efforts to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Support team members through performance and training initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Must be a meat-lover or eligible to work in the U.S.

Schedule

• Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.
• Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
• Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
