About the role

Oversee every aspect of food & beverage operations.

Ensures excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectations.

Ensures the restaurant is adequately staffed to meet guest needs.

Operates the business in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees
• Planning, assigning, and directing work
• Appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems
• Daily decision-making, staff support, scheduling, and planning
• Upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness
• Maintaining a safe environment for guests and crew members
• Monitoring daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness standards
• Promoting suggestive selling techniques
• Maintaining professional behavior while creating a warm, fun, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere

Requirements

• Food Handling experience preferable but not necessary
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team
• Some exposure to P&L and sales building highly desirable
• Able to work a full-time schedule that includes weekends and holidays
• Must have own transportation and phone
