Responsibilities

• Assist with all store operations during your shift.
• Set the example by following ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from your crew.
• Assist the General Manager with all store operations, including but not limited to: staffing and scheduling, general administrative duties, maintenance scheduling and reporting, and any other tasks needed to ensure successful day-to-day operation of the store.
• Perform various job duties including safely operating equipment, preparing product to Domino’s standards, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and assisting with deliveries or the makeline if necessary.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Other job-related duties as necessary to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products if necessary.
• Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgments and decisions.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, including: the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, the ability to communicate verbally with customers to process orders both over the phone and in person, and the ability to successfully communicate with coworkers in a manner that is professional and respectful at all times.

Work Conditions

• Exposure to: varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product or distributing flyers and door hangers, sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside, fumes from food odors, including exposure to cornmeal dust, compact work areas including walk-in cooler, hot surfaces/tools including oven reaching 500 degrees or higher, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Physical Duties & Requirements: walking/carrying/climbing, stooping/bending, reaching, crouching, reaching forward, shaping pizza dough, manipulating pizza peel, grasping cans, pizza cutter, and pizza peel, pinching, and grasping pizza boxes.
• Driving: safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area, carrying pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties, navigating 5+ flights of stairs, stooping/bending, reaching, and crouching.
• Sensory: talking and hearing on telephone, depth perception as well as near and mid-range vision required for most in-store tasks, ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces, far and night vision required for driving.
