Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations
• Set the example for your crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time
• Manage paperwork, cost controls, cash control, and food management
• Adhere to schedules, image standards, and customer service expectations
• Ensure attendance, punctuality, and reliable transportation to/from work
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
