Responsibilities
- Affordably operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare product to Domino’s standards
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Assist with all aspects of store operations, including making deliveries or assisting on the makeline if necessary
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Other job-related duties as necessary to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report)
- Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products if necessary
- Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions
- Must possess excellent communication skills, including: the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, the ability to communicate verbally with customers to process orders both over the phone and in person, and the ability to successfully communicate with Co-workers in a manner that is professional and respectful at all times
Work Conditions
- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product or distributing flyers and door hangers
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside - In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas
- Fumes from food odors, including exposure to cornmeal dust
- Compact work areas including walk-in cooler
- Hot surfaces/tools including oven reaching 500 degrees or higher
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
