About the role
The chief responsibility of Assistant Managers for Domino's is to provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards in the restaurant. Assistant Managers must be adaptable and self-motivated, and have a passion for customer service. Domino's is looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced yet fun working environment and can help maintain a positive crew morale.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas and ensure quality control
- Deliver orders to designated locations
- Drop off nightly deposits and handle paperwork
- Maintain a positive team atmosphere
- Manage cash and personnel effectively
- Perform other workstation duties as needed
Qualifications
- Must have past pizza making experience
- At least 18 years old
- Minimum two years of customer service or restaurant experience preferred
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Able to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and emergencies
