Responsibilities
- Lead and manage store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Oversee team performance and provide guidance to staff.
- Participate in community initiatives, including fundraising for local charities and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
- Contribute to company-wide goals, such as charitable donations and community support programs.
Qualifications
- Must be over the age of 18.
- At least one year of management experience required.
- Availability to work opening OR closing shifts.
