High-energy leadership opportunity for a team builder. You will assist the General Manager in coordinating daily operations and take ownership of tasks assigned to your team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations
• Develop and mentor team members by setting an example
• Enforce policies and procedures and ensure compliance from your crew
• Actively encourage current team members and recruit new talent
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and time management
• Maintain professional appearance and promote 100% of Domino's image standards
• Provide excellent customer service and effective service recovery
• Ensure attendance, punctuality, and dependable transportation to/from work
• Maintain store cleanliness, support marketing efforts, and drive profitability

Qualifications

• General knowledge of all store team member duties
• Ability to train others on operational tasks
• Operate all store equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean store and equipment daily

Skills

• Strong communication skills to comprehend and give correct written and verbal instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person
• Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and making correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing
• Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements (e.g., keyboard/touch screen use)
