Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash management, and customer relations.
• Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensuring your team does the same.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, food, schedules, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, and process orders (phone and in-person).
• Conduct inventory, complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and facilities daily.
• Deliver pizzas and promotional materials (flyers, door hangers) to customers within a designated area.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately (may use a calculator).
• Proficiency in making correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing.
• Motor coordination for rapid, precise movements (e.g., using a keyboard, touch screen, or pizza peel).
• Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain (e.g., multi-story buildings, private homes) while carrying product.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.

Work Conditions

• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Sensory requirements: near/mid-range vision, depth perception, ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces, far/night vision for driving.

Physical Requirements

• Standing: Most tasks performed standing; work surfaces range from 36" to 48" high.
• Walking: Short distances/durations (e.g., between store and delivery vehicle).
• Sitting: Paperwork completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting: Up to 50 lbs (e.g., ingredient cases, 30-lb pizza sauce, 12-lb dough trays).
• Carrying: Pizzas, beverages, 3-lb cans, and dough trays during deliveries.
• Pushing/Pulling: Dollies with stacked trays (force up to 7.5 lbs).
• Climbing: Stairs/ladder for maintenance or multi-story deliveries.
• Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at pizza assembly station, front counter, and stocking areas.
