Responsibilities
- Oversee all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash management, product quality, and store image.
- Ensure team members adhere to all policies and procedures 100% of the time, leading by example.
- Train and manage team members, maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
- Handle inventory, cash control, and required reporting.
- Perform all duties assigned to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Delivery Experts.
- Complete additional tasks as requested by the General Manager or above-store leadership.
- Maintain high-quality standards, even in fast-paced situations.
- Navigate delivery routes, including reading maps and locating addresses in designated areas.
- Drive in adverse weather conditions (rain, sleet, snow, high winds, hail) and navigate multi-story buildings.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Positive and helpful attitude with a commitment to Domino's image and uniform standards.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately (may use a calculator).
- Proficiency in making correct monetary change and entering orders using a computer keyboard and touch screen.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to follow instructions within set timeframes.
Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Walk briskly or run (when safe) between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.
- Lift up to 30 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds rarely.
- Navigate varying package sizes and weights during deliveries.
- Climb ladders infrequently for cleaning, sign changes, or maintenance.
- Navigate five or more flights of stairs during deliveries.
- Perform frequent crouching, bending, and reaching while preparing products, stocking, and cleaning.
