About the role

American Communities is looking for a skilled and service-minded Assistant Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our property’s buildings, systems, and grounds. In this role, you will assist with repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and more, ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, well-maintained environment. From preparing units for move-in to maintaining pools and shared spaces, your work will directly enhance the resident experience.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience
• EPA certification
