Are you a hands-on, dependable professional who takes pride in keeping communities running smoothly? American Communities is looking for a skilled and service-minded Assistant Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our property’s buildings, systems, and grounds.
Responsibilities
- Assist with repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and more
- Ensure our residents enjoy a safe, well-maintained environment
- Prepare units for move-in
- Maintain pools and shared spaces
Requirements
- General maintenance experience
- Strong work ethic
- Proactive attitude
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- First aid/CPR certification preferred
