About the role
The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring that all facilities are maintained in accordance with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and services
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules
- Assist in facility inspections and audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facility management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
