About the role
The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring that all facilities are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the maintenance team
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and policies
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve facility issues
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules
- Manage inventory and supplies for the maintenance department
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
