Purpose And Summary Statement

Aid the Location Manager in managing the operational and control aspects of the business to achieve profitability. Support the Location Manager in training, organizing, and directing employees to enhance sales and service levels. Collaborate with other supervisors to support the company’s growth.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain and facilitate repairs of facility infrastructure and application equipment.
• Assist in dispatching products and services.
• Support the mixing of fertilizer and chemical operations.
• Monitor and control location expenses.
• Maintain inventory levels within guidelines and monitor inventory shrinkage.
• Maintain compliance with safety activities and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained according to company standards.
• Wear the required company uniform and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Attend all required meetings and training programs.
• Perform public relations functions as assigned.
• Travel independently and overnight as needed.
• Adhere to safety rules, company policies, and procedures.

Requirements
