Responsibilities

• Handle legal matters related to real estate, including property transactions and legal documentation.
• Conduct title due diligence and manage land transactions.
• Engage in both transactional work and litigation/dispute resolution.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the fundamental principles of Indian law.
• Sound knowledge of real estate laws, including title due diligence, property documentation, and land transactions.
• Exposure to both transactional work and litigation/dispute resolution.
• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• High level of ownership, attention to detail, and professional ethics.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Candidates with experience in a real estate developer, reputed law firm, or in-house legal team handling real estate matters will be preferred.
