Assistant Lecturer

About the role

Nash College is a further education college for young people who have a range of diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Profound Multiple Learning Disabilities (with associated complex physical needs).

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a personalized program of study using NOCN units to meet the EHCP expected outcomes of our young people.
• Provide PPA cover for a class lecturer.
• Support the delivery of individualized programmes that enable our students to lead purposeful and enriched lives on leaving Nash College.
• Be literate, numerate, and highly organized.
• Demonstrate team leadership within a collaborative team.
