ASSISTANT LEADER MSP OPERATIONS

About the role
The Assistant Station Leader will oversee a multi-site operation in support of company goals, partnering with the Station Leader to ensure the acquisition and development of a team focused on delivering "Raving Fan" service and exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to teams responsible for transportation and schedule management functions.
- Operate as a successful business unit by reporting on revenues, KPIs, budget planning, and talent management.
- Exhibit and enforce a "Safety First" commitment in all policies and tasks.
- Prepare and execute effective daily and weekly work schedules in response to business needs.
- Coordinate activities to achieve "Raving Fan" service levels and exceed client expectations.
- Ensure timely internal/external communications, including MOR, FCR, HR, management, and accident/incident reports, following corporate Standard Operating Procedures.
- Direct recruiting and new employee acquisition to maintain a trained, qualified, and accountable workforce, including ongoing training and compliance.
- Lead the Performance Management process, including documentation of disciplinary actions, performance assessments, and individual training plans.
- Develop a team accountable for adhering to SkyHop Global values and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate and document vehicle maintenance requirements, records, and audits.
- Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures by all team members.
Requirements
- Establish strong working relationships with internal departments and customers.
- Demonstrate passion for exceeding client expectations.
- Address customer needs/concerns to maintain operational excellence.
- Prioritize, implement, and manage work schedules, projects, and relationships.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to produce accurate and timely reports.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in transportation or related industries.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and evenings.

Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
