Assistant Lead Painter

About the role

As an Assistant Lead Painter, you help keep Six Flags St. Louis looking its best by applying and maintaining finishes across buildings, fences, rides, and attractions. This role supports the painting rehab plan, keeps crews supplied, and ensures work is completed safely and to park standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the painting rehab schedule
• Select, use, and mix paints and related materials
• Help order tools and supplies
• Keep work areas clean and safe
• Protect company assets
• Ensure team members follow park safety guidelines
• Complete daily work orders in Mobaro
• Support park objectives set by management

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid state driver’s license
• Availability for various shifts
• Dexterity to use hand tools and operate motor vehicles
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Mechanically inclined/skilled
• Professional, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
