Responsibilities
- Manage employee records
- Cook up and maintain scheduling software application
- Initiate required onboarding and offboarding paperwork
- Administer union wage rates
- Address inquiries and manage union-related matters for members
- Administer target money process
- Process and prepare professional, error-free paperwork and correspondence
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers
Requirements
- Ace an Associate/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Prior Labor Coordination experience, including labor/union agreements in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A high level of detail orientation and organizational skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
