Characteristic Duties & Responsibilities of Job
- E = Essential Element
- Trains all assigned lead workers and custodians in proper work habits, cleaning methods and safety procedures. (E)
- Assures that the assigned contract site meets the cleaning specifications required and that all cleaning schedules, files and inspections are up-to-date. (E)
- Fills in for supervisory personnel when they are absent. (E)
- Performs hands-on cleaning as required. (E)
- Affords assistance in maintaining contract stock room and inventory. (E)
- Reports daily to the Supervisor on issues relating to the contracts and duties assigned. (E)
- Maintains the MSDS logs for hazardous chemicals and participates in yearly training on the Hazardous Communication Laws. (E)
- NONESSENTIAL ELEMENTS
- Keeps all equipment in a clean, safe running condition. (3%)
- Covers for supervisory personnel when they are absent. (4%)
- Coordinates any additional services required by the contract. (3%)
- Keeps accurate records of time sheets, payroll vouchers and assigned clients productivity. (2%)
