Responsibilities

• Daily support of all IT systems requests/tickets, from internal platforms to network maintenance supporting the entire hotel team.
• Respond promptly to guests’ inquiries and questions.

Requirements

• Passionate about technology.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of similar work experience.
• An advanced knowledge of information systems operations.
• A proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Salary: $80,000
