What You'll Do
- 70% - Administrative Tasks - buy maintenance and reconciliation
- 10% - Client Management Admin Tasks - pulling and reviewing campaign reports
- 10% - Networking
- 10% - Training & development
- Assist Investors with day-to-day administrative duties
- Responsibilities include ordering & confirming orders, handling makegoods, monitoring placement of scheduled spots, maintaining added value and billing reconciliation
- Learn & understand media terminology
- Review & understand buying guidelines (goals & objectives) with buyer
- Implement work-related goals established by buyer/business solutions team on behalf of clients
- Establish & maintain business relationship with vendor partners
- Maintain accurate buy files with financial information to align with buying system
- Assume buying responsibilities from pre-buy to post-buy in small markets

Pay
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00
