Duties and Responsibilities
- Organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods.
- Responsible for receiving and recording new stock as it arrives and moving stock onto shelves or trucks as needed.
- Implement an inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures.
- Document daily shipments and deliveries to ensure inventory is accurate.
- Create and sustain a detailed inventory.
- Evaluate new inventory and ensure it is ready to ship.
- Communicate and coordinate with team members on current inventory.
- Always represent the best interest of MPHI and MDHHS.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
- Education: High School Diploma Required
- Experience: 2 years’ experience in the field

- Ability to complete work in a timely manner.
- Able to work efficiently in high stress situations, such as that which may occur during a known or suspect public health emergency.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Typical warehouse environment.
- 75% - 100% of the workday is spent in the warehouse.
- May require ability to work more than the typical 8-hour workday when the MDHHS Community Health Emergency Coordination Center (CHECC) is activated including weekends and holidays.
Responsibility for the Work of Others
- No Assigned Responsibilities.
