About the role

This position provides support for the Intake and Authorizations department within FFF Enterprises. The role involves assisting with follow-up calls to health plans, documenting call statuses in Nufactor's system of record, assisting with annual benefit verifications, filing, organizing, and scanning patient packets, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in follow-up calls to health plans
  • Document all calls and statuses in Nufactor’s system of record
  • Avoids annual benefit verifications
  • Assist in filing, organizing, and scanning patient packets
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws
  • Represent the Company in a professional manner and appearance
  • Display loyalty to the Company and its organizational values
  • Display enthusiasm and dedication to learning how to be more effective on the job and share knowledge with others
  • Work effectively with co-workers, internal and external customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner
  • Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality to the level of required HIPAA standards
  • Work independently and effectively with limited supervision and direction
  • Respond to and recommend solutions to a wide variety of problems
  • Use Intermediate to advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of general administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers, co-workers, and management
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to organize data and concepts into effective written presentations
  • Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and track multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ability to participate on and work as an integral member of a team
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality to the level of required HIPAA standards
  • Ability, flexibility, and desire to work overtime as needed for special project completion and to participate in community projects and events that often occur during weekend and evening hours
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently and effectively with limited supervision and direction
  • Ability to respond to and recommend solutions to a wide variety of problems
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
  • Basic understanding of Internet technologies

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge: Prefer at least one (1) year of general administrative experience
