Ensuring that these technologies operate efficiently and without issue is vital to the success of the organization. This role is for a key player among the impactful team tasked with maintaining the efficiency of HVAC/R systems and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.

HVAC Replacement with Ultra-High Efficient Units is the most recent endeavor initiated by Budderfly to save energy. Ensuring that these HVAC units are properly maintained and retain the most efficient control parameters is critical to the success of this program.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continued excellent operation of Budderfly HVAC Units within your geographic area, including maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems and equipment.
• Identify maintenance risks on HVAC/R equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC/R systems.
• Complete commissioning checks of HVAC Units to ensure continued, efficient operation, including checking and correcting HVAC RTU controller configurations and mechanical operation.
• Provide physical maintenance to Budderfly HVAC Units, such as changing filters, cleaning coils, inspecting/replacing belts, and inspecting units for mechanical failures.
• Respond to emergency service calls and perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services.
• Maintain daily logs and records of all functions in the Company work order system.
• Ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.
• Assist with customers' queries.

Requirements

• HVAC Controls experience; familiarity with Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu controllers is a benefit.
• Graduate of a technical school.
• Ability to recognize control and mechanical issues before they compound.
• Enjoys continuous learning, both technically and professionally.
• Desire to grow professionally beyond basic maintenance tasks.
• Customer- and safety-focused individual.
• Ability to travel within the region and surrounding states.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.

All tools and equipment required for daily work will be supplied by Budderfly. A vehicle, including maintenance and reimbursement, will be provided upon completion of the training period. Overtime and travel opportunities are available to earn extra income.

Pay

$18—$26 USD per hour. Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
