Commercial/Industrial HVAC Service Technician (SIGN-ON BONUS)

Job Overview

Engineered Comfort Solutions (ECS) is actively seeking an experienced Commercial/Industrial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a career opportunity for highly skilled professionals with strong commercial HVAC experience (REQUIRED) and hands-on exposure to controls systems (REQUIRED).

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems
• Service rooftop units, chillers, boilers, air handlers, and VRF/VRV systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Work with and troubleshoot building automation and controls systems
• Accurately document service calls and materials used
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency service response
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company protocols
• Collaborate with project managers and fellow technicians to deliver seamless service

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of COMMERCIAL HVAC service experience (Required)
• Experience working on industrial HVAC systems preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC controls / building automation systems (Required)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Professional communication and customer service skills

Licenses & Certifications

• EPA Certification (Required)
• Valid Driver's License (Required)

Work Schedule

Full-Time - Monday through Friday
8-hour day shifts
On-call rotation required
Overtime and occasional weekends as needed

Must be willing to travel within the region
Potential relocation or project-based travel to Southeast Florida as needed
