As a key contributor to our success, you will collaborate with various departments, ensuring meticulous application of our processes. This role supports the HR Manager in staff management and the enforcement of social regulations within the Resort.

Responsibilities

• Follow the action plan to optimize human resources in alignment with the company’s economic objectives.
• Handle administrative activities, including individual file follow-ups, mandatory declarations, and responses to employee requests.
• Control and manage all payroll-related information, such as absences, illnesses, and working hours.
