About the role

Oversee daily operations of the hotel including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage staff and ensure high standards of customer service.
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs to keep the property in excellent condition.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase occupancy.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
