About the role
Oversee daily operations of the hotel including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food service.
Responsibilities
- Manage staff and ensure high standards of customer service.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs to keep the property in excellent condition.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase occupancy.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
