About the Role
The Assistant Hospitality Manager leads and drives growth in Beringer’s entry-level tasting room, historic caves, and gift shop, focusing on Knight’s Valley portfolios. This role involves managing tours, overseeing operations, and fostering a positive team culture.
- Manage and grow tasting room, caves, and gift shop, delivering high-quality service and enhancing the Knight’s Valley portfolio.
- Lead and develop tour experiences, ensuring they meet guest demand, brand positioning, and revenue goals.
- Partner with trade teams for consumer and partner events, and oversee international programs.
- Oversee daily operations as Manager on Duty, including staffing, scheduling, cash handling, and service execution.
- Drive sales performance, wine club conversions, and average order values while managing labor, inventory, and costs.
- Resolve guest service issues in real-time, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with marketing, events, and central operations to execute programming, promotions, and experiences.

- Strong hospitality leadership experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- Energized by driving sales growth and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Comfortable leading, training, and motivating large teams to high performance standards.
- Operational discipline in scheduling, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Clear and confident communication with guests, team members, and cross-functional partners.

- Adaptable, resilient, and calm under pressure during high-volume periods.
- Open to working weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule.

Pay Transparency Disclosure
The base pay range for this position is $69,000 to $80,500 per year, with other benefits. Actual compensation will vary based on job-related factors and market data. Treasury Wine Estates reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
