ASSISTANT HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS WRESTLING COACH

About the role

Planning and conducting practices, drills, and event day match-ups (Support from head coach as discretionary). Provides instruction and guidance to wrestlers, focusing on skill development and overcoming adversity.

Responsibilities

• Observes and analyzes athlete performance, providing feedback and adjustments.
• Assists with equipment management, inventory, and maintenance.
• Helps organize team travel and logistics.
• Communicates with student athletes and parents in a professional manner to encourage and foster positive motivation with effective communication skills supporting student-athletes.

Qualifications

• Grades 8-12 coaching position
• Subject Area/Teaching Field/Endorsement: 101 K-12 Athletic Coach
• Extra-Curricular Coaching/Sponsoring Interests: Extra-Curricular Activity Sponsor, Coach

Pay

Salary Range: $3349
