About the role

The Assistant Club Manager oversees all property/location/building management operations within their assigned area. They are responsible for staff training, communication with the executive team, implementing directives, leading teams, setting performance goals, and contributing to sales and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Train, develop, and support staff to adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Communicate and execute executive team directives as communicated by the CEO.
  • Recommend and implement operational improvements.
  • Lead teams to achieve targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Create and maintain a safety-first culture.
  • Set and attain performance and financial goals through team direction and management.
  • Contribute to sales innovations, strategic business development, and company profitability.
  • Evaluate the platform’s profits and revenue, and assess risks.
  • Maintain awareness of competitors, expansion opportunities, customers, markets, and new industry developments.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of effective qualitative and quantitative judgment and decision-making.
  • Strong change management capability, including the ability to manage teams through change.
  • Experience in hiring, coaching, and training teams to create an exceptional brand experience.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in the service industry.
  • CRM experience preferred, especially Salesforce.
