Assistant Head Custodian Engineer - Sunrise Park

Position Summary

Performs semiskilled work cleaning and maintaining school building interiors and exteriors, supervising pm staff in the same, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the close supervision of the Building Principal, Head Custodial Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, and Assistant Director of Building Operations.

Schedule

• 8 hours per day, 2:30p – 10:30p, Monday through Friday
• Pro-rated on 260 days

Pay

• Hourly rate per the Custodial Agreement starting at $29.41 – $30.37 per hour

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license in the State of Minnesota
• 1st Class Boilers License requested; 2nd Class License will be considered with the intent of upgrading, if no qualified candidates apply
