Position Summary

Performs semiskilled work cleaning and maintaining school building interiors and exteriors, supervising and directing an evening custodial staff, and related work as apparent or assigned.

Education And /or Experience

High school diploma or GED.

Special Requirements

• Valid driver's license in the State of Minnesota.
• 1st Class Boilers License is requested.
• We will consider a 2nd Class License, with the intent of upgrading your license, if no qualified candidates apply.
