Assistant Head Custodian Engineer - License Required

About the role

Performs semi-skilled work cleaning and maintaining school building interiors and exteriors, supervising and directing an evening custodial staff, and related work as assigned. Work is performed under the close supervision of the Building Principal, Head Custodial Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, and Assistant Director of Building Operations.

Schedule

• 8 hours per day, Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm
• Pro-rated on 260 days per year
• School level: elementary (Lincoln building)

Pay

Hourly rate per the Custodial Agreement: $28.06 – $29.05 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license
• 2nd Class Boilers License requested; Special License considered with intent to upgrade if no fully qualified candidates apply
