Assistant Guideshop Manager
About the role
PHOENIX PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands worldwide. Bonobos is a menswear brand known for perfect-fit risks and innovative retail model.
Responsibilities
- Drive business results by analyzing trends, maximizing sales plans, and developing Guides
- Create an exceptional customer experience by being present on the sales floor and modeling optimal selling behaviors
- Coach Guides during shifts to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Absorb responsibility when the Guideshop Manager is unavailable
- Support the Guideshop's expense budget, payroll control, and procedural compliance
- Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards
- Inspire, motivate, and lead through Bonobos Core Virtues
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity
- Knowledge of men's fashion, fabrics, and fit
- Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay Range
$28.00 - $36.00 per hour
