About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and members, maintaining high standards of golf course maintenance, and participating in various club functions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and care for the golf course, including mowing, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of tournaments and events.
- Work closely with the golf shop staff to ensure all equipment needs are met.
- Participate in club social events and community outreach programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of golf course maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of golf course management practices and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor.
