About the role
The CBCSD is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Girls Track Coach for the 2026-2027 school year.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of track and field programs
- Participate in team meetings and events
- Work closely with the head coach and other staff members
- Maintain a safe and positive coaching environment
Requirements
- Coaching Authorization OR Coaching Endorsement
Qualifications
- Experience coaching track and field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of track and field rules and regulations
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexible schedule

$3,726.00 - $4,545.00 (based on experience)
Schedule
Hours are flexible but must accommodate school activities and competitions.
