We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, location line: "Location: Discovery Canyon Campus High School Recruiting Start Date 09/15/2026 Estimated Start Date 09/22/2026". This is metadata; we can put in a short

. Then: "Responsible to the Athletic Director and/or a head coach; provides coaching, development, and supervisory responsibilities of an athletic program". That's about the role. Then: "Compensation for all hired extra pay positions (coaches, sponsors, ancillary instructors, etc.) is contingent upon the specific athletic, activity, or academic event being approved by the District to occur during the school year related to this position/posting." This is about compensation but vague; no specific amount. Should we include Pay section? The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It states compensation is contingent upon event being approved; no specific amount. That's not a concrete pay figure. Likely we should NOT include Pay section because no specific compensation. Similarly Benefits: later mentions "Benefits Eligibility Under Part-time - Ineligible For more information on our benefits, please visit Employee Benefits | Academy District 20 (asd20.org)." That's a statement about benefits eligibility (ineligible). That is specific: part-time ineligible. So we can include Benefits section with that info. Schedule: "Minimum Compensation Scheduled Weekly Hours: 0 Hours Per Day 7.5 hour(s) per day Number Of Days Per Year 183 Days M-F". This gives schedule: 7.5 hours per day, 183 days per year, M-F. So we can include Schedule section. Now responsibilities: The block after "The following statements are illustrative of the essential functions of the job and other key duties that may be required." Then a long list of duties. We'll extract those as list items. Also there is "Reports consistently for work as scheduledPerforms other duties as assignedAttains proficient or higher evaluations on established Performance StandardsActively seeks feedback from supervisor(s) and/or colleaguesCommunicates high expectations for athlete behavior and reinforces expectationsCommunicates regularly with the Athletic DirectorConsistently meets responsibilities in a timely manner regarding fiscal managementConsistently seeks professional growth and learningDemonstrates a solid knowledge of the sport, the policies, rules, and game management strategies.Demonstrates an effective understanding of the athletes’ developmental level and moving athletes to their next levelDemonstrates effective knowledge and complies with rules and regulations of governing bodiesDemonstrates strong evidence of leadership that exhibits fair, understanding, tolerant, patient, behaviors that create a positive environment.Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills that use multiple modes, are timely, professional, and consistent with the goals of the program, school, and districtDevelops positive and respectful communications and relationships with stakeholdersEffectively builds and maintains a program that fosters both individual and team growth and developmentEffectively creates a competitive environment in which all athletes have a chance to experience both individual and team successEffectively identifies and applies a variety of strategies and tactics to maximize opportunities for success in competitions for the individual and/or the teamEquipment is consistently maintained, inventoried, stored, and re-ordered prior to the beginning of the season.Evaluates assistant coach(es) where applicable.Has communication procedures that are clearly defined, consistently used, and proactive when possibleIncludes and values stakeholdersIs aware of injuries to athletes and communicates with athletic trainer and parents, is proactive with injuries, makes sure athletes are medically released to return to playPlans for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual character development of all athlete/athletes in the programProduces practice plans that are detailed and assist with the advancement of individual skills progression and and strategy developmentRegularly pursues appropriate professional learning activitiesRosters, transportation requests, certifications are handed in prior to deadlines.Supervises all facilities and athletes before, during, and after practices and competitions" We need to split into separate duties. Many are concatenated without punctuation. We'll need to parse them into sensible items. Probably each sentence starts with a verb. We can split by capital letters after a period? There are missing periods. We'll need to manually create list items based on the content. Better approach: Identify distinct duties from the text. Let's manually list: - Reports consistently for work as scheduled - Performs other duties as assigned - Attains proficient or higher evaluations on established Performance Standards - Actively seeks feedback from supervisor(s) and/or colleagues - Communicates high expectations for athlete behavior and reinforces expectations - Communicates regularly with the Athletic Director - Consistently meets responsibilities in a timely manner regarding fiscal management - Consistently seeks professional growth and learning - Demonstrates a solid knowledge of the sport, the policies, rules, and game management strategies - Demonstrates an effective understanding of the athletes’ developmental level and moving athletes to their next level - Demonstrates effective knowledge and complies with rules and regulations of governing bodies - Demonstrates strong evidence of leadership that exhibits fair, understanding, tolerant, patient, behaviors that create a positive environment - Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills that use multiple modes, are timely, professional, and consistent with the goals of the program, school, and district - Develops positive and respectful communications and relationships with stakeholders - Effectively builds and maintains a program that fosters both individual and team growth and development - Effectively creates a competitive environment in which all athletes have a chance to experience both individual and team success - Effectively identifies and applies a variety of strategies and tactics to maximize opportunities for success in competitions for the individual and/or the team - Equipment is consistently maintained, inventoried, stored, and re-ordered prior to the beginning of the season - Evaluates assistant coach(es) where applicable - Has communication procedures that are clearly defined, consistently used, and proactive when possible - Includes and values stakeholders - Is aware of injuries to athletes and communicates with athletic trainer and parents, is proactive with injuries, makes sure athletes are medically released to return to play - Plans for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual character development of all athlete/athletes in the program - Produces practice plans that are detailed and assist with the advancement of individual skills progression and strategy development - Regularly pursues appropriate professional learning activities - Rosters, transportation requests, certifications are handed in prior to deadlines - Supervises all facilities and athletes before, during, and after practices and competitions That seems comprehensive. Now Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities section: list of abilities. We need to decide which sections to output: About the role (maybe we can call it About the role), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have: - About the role: "Responsible to the Athletic Director and/or a head coach; provides coaching, development, and supervisory responsibilities of an athletic program". Also maybe include location and start dates? Could be part of About the role or separate metadata. We'll put location and start dates in a short p before sections. - Responsibilities: the list above. - Requirements: maybe "Required Qualifications" list: ASEP Certification, CHSAA Certification, High school graduate, NFHS Coaching Fundamentals Certification. Also maybe "Certifications listed as required qualifications may also be obtained upon acceptance of the position." That's a note. - Qualifications: maybe "Preferred Qualifications": Teacher License: Initial - Colorado Department of Education, Teacher License: Professional - Colorado Department of Education. - Skills: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities list. - Benefits: "Benefits Eligibility Under Part-time - Ineligible For more information on our benefits, please visit Employee Benefits | Academy District 20 (asd20.org)." So we can state: Part-time positions are ineligible for benefits. Provide link? We can just note ineligible. - Pay: Not specific; we should not include Pay section. - Schedule: "Minimum Compensation Scheduled Weekly Hours: 0 Hours Per Day 7.5 hour(s) per day Number Of Days Per Year 183 Days M-F". So schedule: 7.5 hours per day, 183 days per year, Monday-Friday. We also have "FLSA Status United States of America (Exempt)" maybe not needed. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown. We'll structure:

Location: Discovery Canyon Campus High School. Recruiting Start Date: 09/15/2026. Estimated Start Date: 09/22/2026.
